She has over 25 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A, corporate finance, financial transactions, corporate restructuring, strategic contracts, and corporate advisory.
Life Outside of Law: Mother of three, carioca, Botafogo fan, loves the beach and outdoor activities.
