Graduated from Universidade Cândido Mendes-Centro and holds a Master’s degree (LL.M in Law and Economics) from the Università di Bologna and University of Manchester, as a European Union scholar. He is a member of the Board of Directors and ESG committee at 3Tentos (TTEN3), and previously served as Chairman of Tommy Hilfiger Brazil and General Counsel at Inbrands. He has extensive experience in M&A, private equity, corporate conflicts, and representation of C-Level executives and board advisory in corporate matters. He participated in the Leadership in Corporate Counsel program at Harvard Law School and was named M&A Individual of the Year by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association.
Life Outside of Law: Proud father, die-hard Botafogo fan, has run a marathon for each of his four children, and enjoys traveling with his father and friends to surf. .
