Daniel advises sophisticated clients across multiple sectors on M&A, private equity, corporate law, executive compensation and executive defense. He previously served on the Board of Directors and ESG Committee of 3Tentos S.A. (B3: TTEN3). Earlier, he was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Inbrands S.A. and Chairman of Tommy Hilfiger Brazil. He began his career as Legal Counsel at Opus Investimentos and as a lawyer at Castro, Barros, Sobral, Gomes Advogados.
Daniel was named M&A Individual of the Year – Latin America by LACCA, and was shortlisted for Global M&A Individual (2014) and Best Legal Department – Latin America (2015).
