Daniela advises on environmental and climate matters, with a focus on M&A and infrastructure projects, and supports boards and companies on ESG and decarbonization strategy. She teaches Environmental Law in Insper's undergraduate law, business and economics programs, as well as in its graduate and executive education programs.
