José Andrés advises on tax matters in cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations and financial and capital markets, and represents clients in administrative and judicial tax disputes. He has taught at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), PUC-Rio and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
